- One ticket will be mailed per purchase. One ticket grants admission for one person to Storybook Land. Purchasers will receive their tickets in the mail 7-10 days after the date of purchase.
- Tickets must be brought to Storybook Land to be redeemed on the day of use.
- Tickets expire Sunday, September 7th, 2025. No exceptions.
- There is a limit of 6 purchases per customer.
- Purchasers should refer to Storybook Land’s website to check blackout dates and hours of operation prior to their visit at https://tickets.storybookland.com/webstore/shop/viewitems.aspx
- All purchasers must comply with all of Storybook Land’s safety guidelines and policies found at https://storybookland.com/admission-policies/
- Failure to comply with Storybook Land’s safety guidelines and track policies may result in expulsion without refund.
- All purchasers are subject to Storybook Land’s height, weight, and age restrictions for each ride/attraction.
- Tickets cannot be used to purchase food, drinks, or souvenirs.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets/passes will not be replaced.
- Tickets sold as part of this deal are not valid for upgrades to: Season Passes, Christmas Fantasy with Lights Tickets, Trick or Treat Weekend Tickets, Easter Weekend Tickets.
