How to Use:

•    Purchasers will be emailed electronic vouchers (as pdfs) to the email address provided at checkout. Each voucher contains one unique PROMO CODE. Each PROMO CODE will redeem TWO (2) VIP tickets on the Fright Factory website.
•    To redeem your PROMO CODE, go to https://frightfactoryphilly.com and select TICKETS. Click on the date you would like to attend. Click on the respective timeslot that shows up and this will take you to a new window.
•    Next to the “VIP ($50)” ticket option, select a quantity of “2” and click “add to cart.” You will then be asked to answer two prompts below: 1. “Have you been to Fright Factory before?” and 2. How did you hear about Fright Factory?
•    After you answer those questions, a new box will pop up that says “CHECKOUT.” Click this box and you will be taken to a new window. Double check to make sure you have selected 2 “VIP ($50)” tickets and that the TOTAL reads $118.08. Once you’ve double checked this, enter the PROMO CODE from the voucher you were emailed into the “Promo Code” box and click “Apply Code.” This should zero out the cost so that it read $0.
•    Continue the checkout process below by checking out as a “guest” or through an account with Fright Factory. You will also be asked whether or not you would like to purchase “Enhanced Refund Protection.” This add-on is NOT covered by your PROMO CODE, although you may elect to add it on at your own cost.
